Actually they were on sale at one point for $39 at WOW I think (error but shipped) and tons of geeks bought them up. Now they can be had on the sale forum for $50 or so. Said to quite comfortable. They look ridiculous to me.

I agree with that hilarious hockey puck reference. Anyone here brave enough to admit they own one? I actually tried a Commander once, and I dare say it was the most uncomfortable watch I've ever worn; I've even been parodied because of it by an astute member here.

OK. I'll admit it. I bought one on WOW for $29.00 on 12/2/2010. Well worth the money. Now..bring on the ridicule.

I'd never lambast anyone for buying a supposed 100 dollar watch for $29. Curiosity/frugality took over. Worth it to experiment at that scant price.
