To WL members:

I understand some of you really don't give a shit about this so it's not necessary to let me know about it.





Searching for the truth concerning the origins/owners or anything else concerning the company known as Imperious Watches could prove to be as formidable as a cosmologists search for the mysterious substance known as Dark Matter. I was under the impression Tim Temple put this to rest not long ago as shown in the video below.



However, this subject seems to have reared its ugly head again at WG's. It seems resident ex-convict Michael Davis is sticking to the "Invicta is merely a financial backer" line.











Why does Invicta own the trademark to Imperious?



Why is the Imperious website hosted on an Invicta name server?



And last but not least,

Michael Davis...you're a real goober. Were you born an asshole, or have you worked at it your whole life?

As for the Imperious/Invicta conundrum, well...the brand was born of a blatant lie, and now is being talked about by IWG's Technical Lie Manager. What do you expect?

Davis keeps denying that Imperious is Invicta because they want people to think Imperious is not a piece of shit.... why else hide it when it stares you in the face.... one of the Imperious watches even says Flame Fusion crystal on the back.... what a fucking tool Davis is... Imperious isn't owned by Invicta. Eyal just pockets all the profits of each Imperious sold. Imperious has (had) it's own designers (Jaws) and they (he) are not (any longer) in Invicta's employ. See? Simple!

Tim stated last nite on air showing The Imperious Shattered that it was made by Invicta....Mongo was not on the set or he would have had a stroke....lol...we should be so lucky

Imperious can't be made by Invicta. Invicta doesn't make watches any more than Calvin Klein makes underwear. Some Chinaman sews a label that says "Calvin Klein" on a pair of skivvies. Voila! They are Calvin Klein-made underwear. He sews on a different label...Voila! Joseph Abboud underwear. Another label....Officina del Tiempo underwear! Eyal is just the guy paying the little kid who is applying the labels. See? Clear as mud! (As I understand it, the Imperious factory is caddy corner to the Patek Phillipe workshop.)

You are correct sir, you can call Invicta or Imperious many things but neither is a watch manufacturer. They are merely the purveyor of Chinese shiny things.

Im still convinced Invicta gets new catalogs every month with thousands of watches with sterile dials, and they pick out the junk they want their name put on, and voila, new Invicta products and lines!

Imperious is and has been so obviously an Invicta line that it surprises me that even the Kool Aid elite belives they are independent of IWG. They have used the same hour markers and hands, and as was said above at least one caseback touted a Flame Fucked crystal. I'm sorta surprised Invicta hasn't just scrapped the Imperious dials and casbacks, slapped some shit looking Invicta dial and caseback on them. Seems like they've made a clean break with the Jimster. He must've really pissed Eyal off with the twins comment.
