After market straps for Seiko fat bars
After changing out several straps tonight I am left with a dilemna:
I hate Seiko straps but I love the over-sized spring bars Seiko equips their divers with. Which water-resistant, after market straps will accept the fat spring bars? Thanks.

Many if you have a small awl and can handle a little delicate stretching of the hole,as it were.

http://www.watchbandsonline.com This is Righttime in Denver, Co. I've dealt with them before and they're great to deal with. The watch tools they sell are also very good quality.

Re: After market straps for Seiko fat bars
I appreciate the link and I like their bands. I am looking for some specific bands that can accomodate the Seiko spring bars. Like most sites, they do not say whether or not the Seiko spring bars will fit a particular band (except the Seiko factory originals of course).

I had no problem using the Seiko bars in a 22mm strap from Panatime.

Thank you. I have had Panatime in my favorites for some time but never ordered from them. I will email them for information.

Bumping this up because I found this thread in a google search. Does anyone know of straps made to work with fat bars. I don't mean it might work-designed to accomodate the fat bars is what I mean. Just tore up a Modena rubber strap trying to "make it work."

Re: After market straps for Seiko fat bars
After I posted this thread I tried to force a Seiko bar through an Isofrane strap and almost didn't get it out, I am also still looking for specific straps known to accomodate the fat bars.

I have been eyeballing the strap code bracelets for some time. Looks like top notch quality. Just haven't pulled the trigger after getting the watchadoo on the tuna. Big difference between $100 or so and $50.
