I'm just not feeling it. Looks WAY too much like an Invicta-Renato hybrid.

I have waited a long time for Hamilton to start making some sub models...and I'm disappointed with the results.

The sub zero came out the same year as the Route 66 and a couple other forgettable models.
Not a real good year for Hamiltom. (I believe it was 2 years ago?)
The chrono version of the Sub-0 has no minute counter.
Seconds and hours chrono only!! Go figure.

I've neve owned a Hamilton, but it appears (at least to me), that their vintage pieces were their peak so far.

hamilton hasnt hit a homerun in a long time so not sure what league you think they are in? Prices are decent but designs have suffered for sometime other than the Khaki series! Best bang for the buck is an opinion that you feel strongly about but not sure many here feel the same way! I can throw one brand out off the top of my head that is in the same price range and their designs are years ahead of hamilton....... Oris! the below zero is in the over 1000 dollar range and there is a ton of watches in that range that i would put ahead of Hamilton but thats just an opinion i feel strongly about!! In no way am i a Hammy hater, just have never found a model i wanted when i had money to spend!

Prior to more recent offerings I agree that Hamilton has been in a state of confusion.
Below Zero,Route 66, Codebreaker etc were IMHO attempts by the Swatch group to "modernize" Hamilton and it failed. Lately they have come back with more traditional offerings which , I believe has served them well.
They are originally an American based company and their fans have come to expect a certain "look" and I don't think their recent foray into a more adventurous design phase met with much success.

I like that one Randy, and like the bracelet with the H's on it, but hate that it has a dual deployant...but its obviosly what they call a "dress diver", which , I still think is an oxymoron, but still a good looking watch...
