Isofrane Empty Isofrane

Post by Guest Sat Feb 25, 2012 10:37 pm

Found a great deal on the FS boards for an Isofrane. Been looking to try one out and compare it to the Hirsch Extreme. Put it on the Bluering. What a nice strap and the vanilla smell doesn't bother me at all. I think this is the one with the more desirable RS signed buckle.

I think for everyday use this one outdoes the Hirsch Extreme. For looks, it really depends on the watch. I love the Hirsch on the Ecozilla, though I'm sure an Isofrane would also look good, but how can you have a watch called 'zilla and not have a strap to go with it.

Bottom line, great strap, worth every penny of the $60 I paid for it. Would I pay $110 new, don't think so, but I wouldn't for the Hirsch either. Fits the Halios well and will probably be a permanent fixture on this watch.

Link, please! I love the look of the Isofrane, but I don't want to spend over a C-note for a rubbah strap.

Sorry, I guess my statement is misleading. I found it on the for sale boards. I'll edit my post.

Really nice. The Bluering looks great on an Iso, I have mine on one a lot of the time.

Congrats on a nice deal. I like the looks of the Isofrane, but I'll be dammed if I'd shell out even $60 for a rubba strap.

Its a decent strap but not worth the money. It cost no more to make the Isofrane strap than is does a Bonetto Cinturini 317 which sells for a quarter of the price

Nice straps, but I'd go with four BCs over one Isofrane.
