Summary: NATO and Zulu watch straps are fun, inexpensive and easy to use. A NATO strap may even prevent loss if a springbar breaks. But not all NATO straps are created equal; here's what to look out for and some tips on where to find the higher quality types.

I find that Natos are just too light and make the watch feel top-heavy.
They suck for oher reasons too,but that is the main reason for me.

Foghorn is right. I like the look of the NATOs but they don't do well with a larger or top heavy case. On the plus side, both springbars would have to fail before the watch hits the ground.
