Master Grande Tradition à Tourbillon 43 by Jaeger-LeCoultre

Driven by Jaeger-LeCoultre Calibre 978, the Master Tourbillon laid a prestigious milestone in the history of horological accuracy by winning the Chronométrie 2009 International Timing Competition organised by the Watch Museum of Le Locle. Jaeger-LeCoultre now proudly presents a new model equipped with this already legendary calibre, the Master Grande Tradition à Tourbillon. Featuring a 43 mm case crafted in platinum or pink gold and an understatedly elegant design that has become the hallmark of Jaeger-LeCoultre creations, the Master Grande Tradition à Tourbillon embodies the watchmaker’s quest for precision expressed in an inimitably legible manner.

The Master Grande Tradition à Tourbillon is available in two versions: one in pink gold; and the other in a 200-piece platinum limited edition in tribute to the memorable first prize won in the 2009 Chronométrie timing competition and bearing the dial inscription “tourbillon chronométrie”.

The Master Grande Tradition à Tourbillon 43′s functions include a dual time-zone display, a 24-hour indication as well as a pointer-type date displayed on a graduated scale surrounding the applied hour-markers. It makes a bigger jump between the 15th and the 16th of each month so as never to obscure the view of the tourbillon and its bridge featuring even slimmer, purer lines.
