Longines Admiral Empty Longines Admiral

Post by Guest Sat Apr 07, 2012 7:34 am

Hi,

I'm new here. I've got a Longines Admiral gold plate. I've had it from new. Bought for 50 pounds sterling. I've just had it serviced. The crystal has been replaced. Crown replaced (not original). Black leather strap is not Longines. The jeweller who serviced reckons it's work $2500. That much? I'm not selling only curious.

I have seen the stainless versions in good condition bring around $250.00. $2500.00 way too high an estimate..in my estimate.

eBay is always a good resource for somewhat realistic street prices when selling from individual to individual -- then work your way from there. Admirals are pretty common.
